Of course, we did not have class this week. I direct you to a post at Ionarts (The Phoenix, November 23) on the reopening of La Fenice opera theater in Venice. You will recall our discussion about the choice of opera for this event, Verdi's La Traviata, which I characterized as a missed opportunity. You can read more there.
